Best Skinny Dessert in 8 Mins

Ok so we all know I've got the worst sweet tooth + always want something sweet after dinner. Which is why summer is my fave season for dessert  because Mother Nature offers so many healthy options that take literally zero time to prep. Which is my kind of dessert. 

Besides the obvious berries, have you tried grilled peaches?

But wait, let me back this up for a sec. I eat lots of berries for dessert. Blueberries are super easy + super delish. You can even put them in coconut or almond milk with a bit of stevia or honey... + bon appetito! Or, combine blueberries, strawberries + maybe even a raspberry... so good. Just by themselves! My other go-to is berries topped with Dang coconut chips. (if you haven't tried Dang, go here)

So back to these grilled peaches. You don't need anything but a grill or grill pan (which is what I use) + your organic peaches + OMG. EVERY TIME. The sweetest, juiciest, prettiest little dessert. Dinner guests will rave, I promise. And so will you. I make these for myself all the time, too. 

FYI, peaches are in season until the end of September so take advantage!

So here it is Babes. My fave skinny Summer dessert that I know you'll just LOVE: 

✖️ Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat

✖️ Slice your peaches in half (along the natural indent), twist apart + remove the pits

✖️ Coat both sides with olive oil

✖️ Place on grill, cut side down for 4 minutes until good grill marks form

✖️ Flip for another 4 minutes

✖️ Whalaa ~ Serve warm + enjoy! 

Side Note: You can definitely jazz up your peaches with mint leaves, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a brush of cinnamon + brown sugar, a drizzle of honey, or a dollop of whipped cream. But nice peaches really don't need a thing. You'll see :) 

SO EASY. SO DELISH. SO GORG. YOUR NEW FAVE. 

Tip: when buying your peaches, find ones all similar in size. This makes cook time even.
